Refund Policy
Overview
ForceIndex Pro is a paid subscription billed in advance for the duration you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're subscribing to ForceIndex Pro for the first time, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we'll process it.
After the 14-Day Window
Once the 14-day period has passed, payments are non-refundable, including for unused time remaining on a billing period. You can cancel future renewals at any time — access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Renewals
Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless you explicitly select a new billing period after your current one ends. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue a refund outside this policy at our discretion — for example, a duplicate charge, a technical error preventing you from using the Service, or as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the receipt link in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
