Technique
Stand holding onto a support for balance, feet hip-width apart. Rise onto your toes and lean your torso back while bending your knees, lowering your body toward the floor in a straight line from knees to head. Keep your hips extended throughout without folding at the waist. Drive back up through your quads to return to standing.
