Technique
Stand facing away from a low cable pulley with the rope attachment between your legs. Hinge forward at your hips, letting the rope pull your arms back between your thighs while keeping your back flat. Drive your hips forward explosively to stand up straight, squeezing your glutes. Keep your arms relaxed and let your hips do the work.
