Technique

Lie face-up on a decline bench with your feet secured, holding a dumbbell in each hand at chest level with your palms facing forward. Brace your core and press the dumbbells upward until your arms are extended above your lower chest without forcefully locking your elbows. Lower the weights under control until your elbows are slightly below your torso, then repeat. Keep your shoulder blades pulled back against the bench throughout the movement to maintain a stable shoulder position.
