Incline Dumbbell Press
Muscles
Technique
Set an incline bench to roughly 30–45 degrees and sit with a dumbbell in each hand, then lie back with the weights at chest level, feet planted firmly, and shoulder blades drawn back against the bench. Press the dumbbells upward and slightly inward until your arms are extended above your upper chest without forcefully locking your elbows. Lower the weights under control until your elbows are slightly below chest level, then repeat. Keep your shoulders down and back throughout the movement rather than allowing them to roll forward.
